• Open plan kitchen with 2 larder fridges, washer / dryer combi, dishwaher and microwave. A separate dining area with view out to patio area
• 4 bedrooms. 3 upsatirs and 1 downstairs. Bedroom 1 with king size bed. Bedroom 2, 3 & 4 with 2 single beds
• 42 inch plasam TV with Sky (Sky 1, Sport & Childrens channel).
• The property is oil fired centrally heated. There is no additional charge for using the central heating.
• Check-in from 3pm on arrival day, and property must be vacated by 10am on the departure day. Any additional cleaning needed spillages etc. will be chargeable.
• 30% deposit will secure the dates (none refundable). Remainder of the balance will be due 6 weeks prior to arrival date. £300 bond due 2 weeks prior.
• All linen and towels are provided by us. There is no additional fee for this.
• Certain pets allowed. No smoking policy.
• There are many beautiful places to visit from this location. The heritage coast and the Vale of Glamorgan are a must see. The historic mining valleys of the Rhondda are 10 minutes by car and at the Rhondda Heritage Park you can actually go underground and see what conditions were like for the Miners.
• Pendoylan is the nearest village 5 minutes walk. There is a lovely local pub (The Red Lion) which serves meals in the restaurant in the evening.
