• Sleeps 8. 3 bedroom house with large garden patio and BBQ area. New swimming pool installed in 2007.
• The house is near Pendoylan voted the prettiest village in Wales - twice! Close to the Heritage coast, the Vale of Glamorgan and the historic mining valleys of the Rhondda. 5 minutes from the Vale of Glamorgan Golf & Health Spa were discount golf can be arranged. Subject to availability.

• Large open plan living room with view out to patio area. Sky TV with Entertainment Package
• 3 bedrooms. 2 with double beds in each, 1 with a bunk bed which will sleep 6 people. Bed settee which can sleep extra 2 persons if needed.
• The property is oil fired centrally heated. There is no additional charge for using the central heating.
• Check-in from 3pm on arrival day, and property must be vacated by 10am on the departure day. Any additional cleaning needed spillages etc. will be chargeable.
• All linen and towels are provided by us. There is no additional fee for this. (Towels for the pool are NOT supplied)
• 30% deposit will secure the dates (none refundable). Remainder of the balance will be due 6 weeks prior to arrival date. £300 bond due 2 weeks prior.
• Certain pets allowed. No smoking policy.
